Alcohol + Drug Support

We deliver an effective and successful clinical and therapeutic service for members of our community from the age of 18 and above and their families. 

In addition to our face-to-face counselling service we run the Healing Circle Day Centre, an Alcohol and Other Drugs Day Centre service for anyone aged 18+, from Mallee Park on a Thursday and Friday.

The Healing Circle model is providing support for AOD misuse and positive mental health recovery through group therapy and connection. It is beneficial for many and is a place where people can go to learn skills and make meaningful connections. Groups run every morning and afternoon, along with individual counselling available in-between sessions.

These services are fully funded by Country SA PHN  and run as a free service to the community.

The Healing Circle Day Centre is in the Semi Finals in the Rural Doctors Workforce Agency Rural Community Health and Wellbeing Award, which forms part of the 2023 South Australian Community Achievement Awards.

The Awards encourage, acknowledge and reward the valuable contributions that individuals, communities and businesses make throughout South Australia and we are very grateful to have been recognised through them. We are very proud of the community that has been created at the Healing Circle Day Centre.
